At 55, I’ve been through perimenopause and menopause. I’ve felt the shifts in my hormones, my metabolism, my muscle tone—and my mindset. I’ve experienced the frustration of doing more and getting less in return.

But I also discovered what happens when you fuel your body with what it needs, train in a way that builds strength, and finally give yourself the grace and support you deserve.

That’s what I want for you: to stop chasing results and start feeling at home in your body again. Midlife isn’t a dead end—it’s an invitation to explore what’s possible.

From being an engineer to being a health coach - I have a DEEP desire to understand exactly how things work.

Before coaching, I spent nearly a decade as an engineer—so you could say I’ve always been a little obsessed with how things work. That curiosity led me to study nutrition, fitness, and ultimately become a Functional Health Coach when I realized how deeply interconnected hormones, metabolism, and mindset really are.
