Talk about a de-bloat & detox combo!


This smoothie hit the spot! I usually don’t enjoy smoothies during the winter, but my body was craving some concentrated nourishment after this weekend’s parties, and this smoothie didn’t disappoint.


1 cup coconut water

1 cup loosely packed cilantro

1 cup spinach

1 cup cucumber

1 cup pineapple

juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp ginger grated

½ avocado

Two scoops vanilla protein powder
