This Energy and Mood boosting breakfast has been my recent breakfast kick that is super easy and quick to make!  It’s been cold, so I haven’t been in the mood for my normal green smoothie or juice.  I also like to switch things up in my diet every so often to keep it interesting and besides who can resist chocolate for breakfast!! This breakfast bowl has 2 superfoods: Raw Cacao and Maca. Feel free to play around with the ingredients and superfoods and make your own concoction – the possibilities are endless.


1 apple roughly chopped

1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter (or any nut/seed butter)

1/2 Tbsp raw cacao

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp – 1 tsp Maca

dash of good quality Sea Salt
