Here is my favorite Simple Chris Style Dressing Recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Oilve Oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tea dijon mustard (read the ingredient list for a clean version)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.  Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
